We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to health and safety reasons, photo chemicals and DIY photo developing supplies are not eligible for return if opened or used.

Initiating a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at info@littlehouseofpyro.com. Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that the return is received safely.

Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to safety concerns, opened or used alternative photography chemicals and photographic supplies for alternative processes (such as cyanotype chemicals or wet plate collodion supplies) cannot be returned. Additionally, custom or personalized products are not eligible for return.
